The Twin device is equipped with a hand-piece applicator with two particular metal plates, kept at contrasting opposite temperatures. Thermal shock can be easily obtained just by flipping the hand-piece to produce significant draining effects on haedemas and hematoma, stimulating microcirculation and fostering deep hypertonia. Twin is very beneficial in controlling the inflammatory post-exercise feedback, and can help in treatment of scarring.
