They allow to develop compensatory strategies (transitions, motion improvement, amplitude of movements), and for maintaining motor performance in extremities. Some of the Rehabplay exercises can also assist in cognitive work, voluntary functions (initiating actions, sequencing, etc.) and rehabilitation of visual apraxia and some attention deficit disorders (selective attention, hemineglect syndrome).
